What does "+ HST" mean?
HST is the Harmonized Sales Tax charged in Ontario, currently 13%, and it is added on top of the prices shown. So $49.99 + HST comes to $56.49 a month, and $499.99 + HST comes to $564.99. If your business is outside Ontario, we confirm the right tax with you before any payment.
How does the free page work?
It is a single professional page for your business hosted under our name, at an address like ridgewayweb.com/yourcompanypage. It can include your business info, services, photos, a contact form, and click-to-call, and it is mobile-friendly. There is no cost for the page itself. If you later want your own domain or more pages, you can move to the monthly or one-time offer.
What do I need to provide?
To start, just the basics: your business name, what you do, your city, your email and phone, and any logo or photos you already have. The form on this page asks for those. If we need anything else for your preview, we will ask for it then.
What is the difference between the monthly plan and the one-time purchase?
The $49.99 + HST monthly plan is a website we build and host for you: up to five sections, hosting and SSL included, month-to-month once the first and last month are paid up front. The $499.99 + HST purchase is a one-time payment for a website of up to five pages that you own, with two rounds of design revisions and no mandatory monthly contract.
Is there a monthly contract?
The monthly plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. The one-time purchase has no mandatory maintenance contract — the $49.99 + HST per month Website Care Plan is optional. If you decline it, you arrange hosting that works with your website, and SSL depends on that hosting.
What costs extra?
Domain registration, third-party services, e-commerce, complex functionality, and design work beyond the scope of your chosen offer are extra. We tell you what applies before you approve a preview.
